My approach is strengths-based, supportive, and grounded in both professional expertise and personal experience with ADHD. With dual Master's degrees in General and Special Education, a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, and Certification in Coaching and ADHD Services, I am well-equipped and excited to help you tackle your challenges while tapping into strengths and resiliencies.

​Whether you're a student navigating school demands or an adult balancing responsibilities, my three-month coaching collaborations are designed to help you develop the executive functioning skills essential for thriving with ADHD.
Coaching Outcomes & Benefits
Through one-on-one coaching, you'll learn and strengthen key executive functioning skills-like time management, organization, task initiation, planning, and emotional regulation, so you can meet your goals with greater focus, follow-through, and confidence in daily life.
Coaching Includes: Weekly Sessions for the first 2 months, and every-other week sessions for the last month.

Rate: $200 per session
